Bakels Mud Cake Mix - 1kg
Ingredients in Mix:
Sugar, Wheat flour (thiamine. Folate),
Cocoa powder (6%), Vegetable Oil (antioxidant (307), Vegetable Fat, Vegetable
Oil, Emulsifiers (471,477), Antioxidant (307), Maltodextrin, Potato flour,
Salt, Milk Solids, Raising agents (450, 500), Natural Flavour, Vegetable gum

Ingredients:
- 1kg Muffin Mix
- 270g water
- 175g egg
- 20g pettina chocolate paste
- 140g vegetable oil
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 200 degrees Celsius
2. In a bowl add the mud mix, water and egg and blend for 1 minute on low speed
3. Adjust speed to high and blend for a further 2 minutes
4. Add pettina chocolate paste and blend on slow speed
5. Stream in vegetable oil and blend on low for a further 2 minutes
6. Pour into a greased tin and bake in the oven until a skewer comes out clean
