Bakels Mud Cake Mix - 1kg
Ingredients in Mix:
Sugar, Wheat flour (thiamine. Folate),
Cocoa powder, Vegetable Oil (antioxidant (307), Vegetable fat (vegetable oil
(contains palm), Emulsifiers (471 (contains palm), 477 (contains palm)),
Antioxidant (307), Maltodextrin, Potato flour, Milk Solids, Salt, Raising
agents (450, 500), Natural Flavour, Colour (120), Vegetable gum (415), Egg
Powder

Ingredients:
- 1kg Muffin Mix
- 270g water
- 175g egg
- 140g vegetable oil
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 200 degrees Celsius
2. In a bowl add the mud mix, water and egg and blend for 1 minute on low speed
3. Adjust speed to high and blend for a further 2 minutes
4. Add in vegetable oil and blend on low for a further 2 minutes
5. Pour into a greased tin and bake in the oven until a skewer comes out clean
