Macaron Mix - Bakels Dry Mix
Note: This is a DRY mix, macarons are not sold.
Allergens: Contains tree nuts, egg, milk. May be present due
to shared equipment: gluten, sesame, Soy, Sulphites.
Ingredients: Sugar, Almond Meal (30%), Whipping agent
{emulsifiers (472b, 477), glucose, milk solids}, Egg albumen powder, Maize
starch emulsifiers (472e, 481), Thickener (1414), Salt, Vegetable Gum (415),
Acidity regulator (330).
Ingredients to add:
-1kg Macaron mix
-210g water
Directions:
1.Place water and liquid
colour or flavouring into bowl (total 210g)
2.Add 1kg Bakels Macaron
Mix
3.Blend for 1 minute on
slow speed and scrape down
4.Beat on top speed for 6 minutes
5.Pipe onto lined baking tray and allow to stand for
approx. 20 minutes
6.Bake at 160-165 degrees C for approx.. 20-25
7.Allow to Cool - Sandwich two macarons with desired
filling
