Platinum Caramel Mud Mix - 1kg
Ingredients for mix:
Flour, Sugar, Milk Powder, Emulsifies (472b, 471, 477),
Baking Powder (339, 341, 450, 500), Flavouring, Salt, Colour (150c),
Anti-Caking Agent (551), Vegetable Oil.
Ingredients Required:
-4 eggs
-300ml water
-200ml canola oil
-200g milk chocolate
Directions:
1.Preheat oven to 150 degrees
2.Melt chocolate with the oil until smooth
3.On a slow speed mix the wet ingredients to the
dry mix
4.Mix for 2 minutes
5.Pour into a greased and lined 9 inch cake tin
6.Cook for approximately 2 hours - however this time varies on the cake size (recommended: insert a skewer and make sure it comes out clean)
